Sometimes you just want simplicity, especially when you’re kicking off a new project. This is where our reference architecture for a Development Environment with Azure comes along. This cost-effective and simple solution only requires you to have a GitHub account, an Azure App Service, and a Flexible PostgreSQL instance. Optionally, you can also have Cloudflare at the front of your environment if you want to make certificate management super easy (Azure’s own Certificate Manager requires payment and is not as good as both Google’s and AWS’s offerings).
